QGL (Qatar Green Leaders) has been invited by FEC (the Main Consultant) to carry out the GSAS consultancy
service to ensure obtaining LoC (Letter of Conformance) from GORD (Gulf Organization for Research &
Development), in accordance with the LAC (Lusail Administration Complex) requirements for the Building
Permit.
