Lusail Marina Res-16 Residential Tower

The project is a Residential building at the north-south edge of Lusail Marina District on plot RES-16. The project is composed of 2B+G+17, with a plot area of 4,733 m². In accordance with Lusail City regulations, GSAS Certification Services during construction to be provided including the registration, preparation and provision of all necessary documents, coordination of GSAS Audits and Final Submission to obtain the Final GSAS 2-Star certificate, from GORD.

Qatar Green Leaders supported the main contractor to obtain the required GSAS certificate during construction by managing the Conformance to Design Audit (CDA) in accordance with GORD procedures.
