Marina COM-18 Commercial Tower

The project is a Commercial building located at plot no. COM 018, Marina district, Lusail, Qatar. It consists of 42 floors (3 Basement + Ground Floor + 2 Podium Floors + 34 Tower Floors + Refuge floor + Mechanical floor). The building comprise of Tower/Podium Entrances, Reception Areas, Varies Areas of Retail Spaces, Varies Areas of open Office Spaces, Public Toilets, Underground and Above ground Parking spaces, MEP and Ancillary Utilities etc.

Qatar Green Leaders supported the main contractor to obtain the required GSAS certificate during construction by managing the Conformance to Design Audit (CDA) in accordance with GORD procedures.
