Marina Res-13 project is a Residential Building which is a part of the Marina District in Lusail City, an area mandated to achieve minimum 2-star certification.
Union Trust (the Project Owner) has appointed Qatar Green Leaders (QGL) as their GSAS Consultant to review the current design. The role of QGL is to provide technical review and provide recommendations to the project team to ensure sustainability conformance to meet GSAS target certification.
