Prestigious Interior Project

This prestigious Interior project is located within one of the most notable landmark buildings in the State of Qatar. Sustainability was considered as a key design driver and included strategies such as optimized energy and water performance, thermal comfort, acoustics, leak detection systems, and sub-metering.

Initially aiming for GSAS 3-Stars, Qatar Green Leaders team worked hard in close coordination with the design team and client’s representative to finally achieve a GSAS ‘4 star’ provisional certificate for the design. This is the first Interiors project under GSAS v2019 to achieve GSAS ‘4 stars’, as confirmed by GORD.
