QICDRC relocation project in U01 building of Msheireb down town Doha is targeting to achieve a LEED Silver rating under LEED ID+C v4 Rating System. The rating system consists of a series of prerequisites and credits that need to be achieved in order to attain a certification. The project should meet all the prerequisites and achieve a minimum number of 50 points to obtain LEED Silver certification level.
